Sweet Potato Cake 고구마 케이크

Loaded with delicious mashed sweet potatoes between soft and thin layers of the Genoise sheets, coated in soft cake crumbs with a subtle hint of vanilla, crowned with peeled pistachios and a sweet strawberry, this is one of the most authentic Korean cakes that is still famous in Korea for its simplicity, but rich and thick mousse-like texture, often served very lightly frozen like an ice-cream cake. 부드럽고 얇은 제누아즈 시트 사이에 맛있는 으깬 고구마를 가득 채우고 바닐라 향이 은은한 부드러운 케이크 부스러기로 코팅한 후 껍질을 벗긴 피스타치오와 달콤한 딸기로 장식한 이 케이크는 심플하지만 무스처럼 진하고 풍부한 식감으로 한국에서도 여전히 유명한 정통 한국식 케이크 중 하나로 아이스크림 케이크처럼 아주 살짝 얼려서 먹는 경우가 많아요.
